The two houses is almost interconnected each other. They are excellent for groups of friends and families who want to be together and to enjoy carefree vacations near the sea with all the facilities they need and also they having its own space. The shared big garden with BBQ and the beach less than a minute walk away guarantee unique moments of relaxation. Feel the vibes of the Greek summer in a cool place, take a walk in the old village and look for all the beauties of the surrounding area.

Each one of the houses consist of two separate bedrooms, bathroom with shower, living room and kitchen. From home inside and out of the rooms the view is towards the trees and the garden with bbq which is free for use. Also there is a deck shower in the garden. We are less than a minute walk to the beach.The Houses are located about five minutes walk from the Centre with its shops on the beach of nikiti. You can move very easily. We are close to café with chairs lounge and umbrellas in front of the sea, taverns and great restaurants. The sea in front of the House is suitable for young children and kids. Also there are many marvelous beaches about 5-15 km away from our house and a lot of traditional places to visit so I suggest you to rent a car and enjoy the peninsula of sithonia.
